Attorney Stephanie Sprague was born, raised and educated in Quincy, MA. She received a B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science from Syracuse University in 2001. After college, she worked as a paralegal for two small firms specializing in landlord tenant and real estate matters.
Ms. Sprague graduated magna cum laude from New England School of Law in 2006, receiving a Service Award at Commencement. She was a student attorney in the Clinical Law Office and at Harvard Legal Aid Bureau concentrating in family law and landlord tenant matters, and served a judicial internship with U.S. Federal Magistrate Judge Robert Collings.
A technical editor of the New England Law Review and co-president of the National Lawyers Guild chapter, she received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Civil Rights; Wills, Estates, and Trusts; UCC: Secured Transactions; and UCC: Sales.
Upon graduation, attorney Sprague served as the 2006-2007 Fellow for the Center for Law and Social Responsibility. Ms. Sprague provided substantive and administrative support to all three of the law school's academic centers: the Center for International Law and Policy, the Center for Law and Social Responsibility, and the Center for Business Law.
Ms. Sprague also worked on a study of the implementation of the findings of a 2005 Massachusetts legislative commission on provision of indigent defense services. She also organized a conference discussing the judicial system and media's use of language surrounding sexual assaults.
Attorney Sprague joined Keegan and Flanagan in 2007 as an associate attorney specializing in personal injury, civil litigation and real estate.
